We maintain records about you to support your care. When you register with the practice, your previous practice will transfer your records. This is so we can keep them up to date while you are our patient.
If you do not have a previous medical record, we will create a medical record for you.
We ensure that your information is secure, up to date and accurate.
We train our staff to understand their legal and professional obligations. They will only look at your information if they need to.
