For emergencies which occur when the surgery is closed please telephone NHS 111. If you cannot remember this number you can always telephone the surgery directly.
Your calls will be anwsered by an answering machine which will give you the telephone number for the out-of-hours servce. NHS 111 offers emergency medical care whilst the surgery is closed, and signposts to other services where necessary. NHS 111 is commissioned by Lancashire CCG.
